Travel Series: NIGERIA, LAGOS

So I've been doing a lot of travelling over the last year. It's been a mixture of Work and Pleasure. Always a humbling experience when I can visit another country. This was my 3rd time in Nigeria.

I had the opportunity to visit Lagos in January. I had an awesome time there, I was out there for 2 weeks, which for someone like me is too long. I become very bored if I'm not doing an awful lot. Lounging by a pool is nice and everything but its not what I call a holiday.

What I love most about Nigeria is the reality that you have to strive to succeed. Nothing is really hidden if you pay attention. It makes you want to build a great life for yourself so you can enjoy the fruits of  your labour.

I did a bit of sight seeing, lol yes you can sightsee in Nigeria. There is a lot of history there. I had the pleasure of visiting places such as Olumo Rock and Ikogosi Water spring. Visited some other states which included a bit of a dangerous drive at night.  I met a Nigerian Afrobeat star and some highly acclaimed actors/actresses at a party which was interesting. The rest of the time was going to the beach, mall and and enjoying the New year festivities.
Lol I love Nigerians, always up for enjoyment.

Have you been to parts of the Nigeria, if so where did you go and what did you get up to? I'll be going again soon, so would like to visit some more attractions/activity places, even restaurants/bars!
