Ok Proflex is an established gym in Lagos, Nigeria. It's a place where one can sweat away the stress on the treadmill or stretch out the aches and pains on the yoga mat.

They offer many classes including Zumba, Step, Spinning, Tae Bo and Strength training. Just like all other gyms you can workout in these group exercises while listening to the latest hits. Imagine sessions upon sessions of afrobeats! lol. If group sessions aren't your thing then work out alone, otherwise if you need some motivation you can hire a personal trainer.

Proflex have been in fitness world for 18 years and have undergone 3 renovations. From the photos, the gym looks quite spacious and fresh, they appreciate that we all need our space whilst doing our workouts. The people behind have obviously invested in their business. Next time I'm in Las Gidi I'll be checking it out.

Although it's great to have facilities like this, I do wonder about the prices and affordability. Is this going to be just another place for the young and affluent? What about the everyday Nigerian person?
