4 Powerful steps to becoming a better you

Life shouldn't be spent dwelling on past mistakes, constantly worrying, comparing yourself to others and life shouldn't be spent as a self hater! My 4 steps will take you closer to who you are supposed to be and finding your happiness. Lets go!







  • Learn to appreciate your existence before anything. Constantly seeking praise and acceptance from everyone else is pointless. Many people don't even have confidence in themselves, so why make them worthy enough of having any kind of impact over how you feel about yourself?

  • Find what makes you happy. What do you think about for your life? What do you hate about society, that needs to be changed for the better? Are you creative, politics junkie, humanitarian? Brainstorm, brainstorm now.

  • Do you only think about yourself? Don't be so selfish. Try helping out someone else, try offering an ear to listen, shoulder to cry on, a big hug or a helping hand. It may sound silly but small/simple acts matter to people. 

  • Be yourself. Be good to others. Build rather than destroy. Have your informed opinions, speak your mind, embrace yourself. Think of yourself as a brand, all brands go through development. The great brands all have one thing in common, they move forward with their image, concept and aims. Love yourself. 



Those are my top tips. Listen, there is nothing wrong with who you are. The sooner you accept that, the further in life you will go my friend.
